Just a drive by update on the novel. I've written a Squidoo lens with a synopsis and some excerpts as well as a link to the free download. The download is the complete novel in PDF form and is free, yes. The idea is you'll read it, love it, run to Barnes and Nobel and buy a softcover copy, give it to all your friends, you know, that stuff.
The lens is here:
[link]Meanwhile, I got my hot little hands on a few copies at the author's price - finally. They are on their way via slow boat from China

When they arrive I have most of them earmarked for various reviewers, or friends who have previously asked for a copy, but I think I'm going to have one extra. Tentative plans are to have some sort of contest to give it away. Suggestions?
Starting Feb. 20th I'm going to be cutting my Internet business stuff down to zilch and concentrating on writing and some art. I'm planning on mostly doing some learning on the art side of things for a while. I just might upgrade here and post the work as it goes. I don't plan on having anything to sell, probably for the rest of the year, unless someone just sees something they want. As far as writing, the plan is to finish the novellette "Silent" and find a publisher who will package Silent and Cuttiing Away the Pain together in a print format. Then I will either finish "Dominique" or, if I have gotten the timeline and background figured out I may begin the Predator/Hunter series. Meanwhile, I will very likely be adding plenty of short stories and articles at my blogs devoted to those and I might post a few here just to see if I can tempt some readers to the blogs

I have to go to town today. Trying to refinance the little car before it gets repoed. Going to also see if I can get an extra $2K to build a new chicken coop and buy more hens. The pitch is that the additional hens, once they start laying, will probably make enough $ to cover the loan payment. Wish me luck!

MY PRINTS!!!! [link]
I just had a little question, to confirm what this person said.
Carzy on Hoof-Printz is using and colored your lineart to sell.
She said:
I got this lineart from a friend's website. She gave me permission to use the lineart. The website is called Color Your Own and my friend [drawer] is Summer Fey Foovah but I call her Summer. She is a talented artist and might be doing the art for my simulation game.
I just wanted to confirm that you gave her permission. She colored your 'Dancing Foal' by the way.
